Project Hoop is all about hoop badassery, and we provide hoop performances, classes and workshops.
Hooping is not only gratifying, but it can be so much more than waist hooping. It’s fitness, it’s circus, it’s dance, it’s achievement, it’s social, and so much more. Moreover, it is something you can practice pretty much anywhere. All you need is a hoop, determination, and some space.
Our performances show off single and multi hoop tricks, blending circus and dance, and performing according to theme.
Yo-Hoop
Join us for a bespoke program of yoga, hoop, dance with a sprinkling of circus designed to encourage you to grow progressively. We use unique teachers who aim to challenge by cultivating strength both mentally and physically. We believe that life is full of lemons and by learning new skills you can make lemonade out of any obstacle– all whilst exploring the art of movement within a chosen family – where our focus is yoga, hoop and you.
These workshops can serve as a taster for complete beginnersor or as an enhancement for those who can already hoop, it is suitable for all.
